In addition to your regular property listing, we offer the opportunity for owners to have their property featured on any location page where we also display property listings*

A "Featured Property" advert runs for three months and is a permanent, large advert at the top of your chosen location page.

• Up to 55 character text description plus a summary of your bedrooms, bathrooms and sleeping capacity.

A Featured property costs 15 pounds ($30, 22.5 Euro) for three months. Locations subject to availablilty.

Premium listings:

How we order listing results

Each property is given a individual ranking based on the following criteria :

• Premium listings come first
  
• Regular listings created in the previous week come next
  
• Then regular listings older than 1 week come next*
  
• Finally comes incomplete listings (those with no title, images etc.)
  
  

*Regular property listings are randomly sorted and shuffled on a periodic basis to ensure fairness.

Where we show listing results

We often show a single property advert in more that one location. For example if your property is located in Sea Colony, Bethany Beach, Delaware:

• We would show your advert in "Sea Colony"
  
• We also show the top 100 ranked adverts in and under Bethany Beach on the Bethany Beach page.
  
• We also show the top 100 adverts in and under Delaware on the Delaware page.
  
  

So if your property has a high enough ranking, it will show in three separate locations, giving you excellent exposure.

If you would like to see your property permanently advert ranked above the regular listings, then take out our "premium listing" option.
Our premium listing option affects all locations that your property is eligible to be displayed in.
Your property will list above all regular listings and dramatically increases the chance of it showing in multiple places.

Your premium listing is also highlighted with a different background colour to make it stand out more :

A premium listing costs 15 pounds ($30, 22.5 Euro) for 12 months.
