In addition to your regular property listing, we offer the opportunity for owners to have their property featured on any location page where we also display property listings*
A "Featured Property" advert runs for 12 months and is a large advert that displays at the top of location pages.

A Featured property costs £25 (€30 , $40) for twelve months. Locations subject to availablilty.

*Featured properties show on every location page - from your own location, up through the countries and continent and right up to the home page.
If there are more featured properties eligible for a location than we have space to show them, the properties are randomly shuffled at least twice a day to ensure fairness.
Premium listings:
Each property is given a individual ranking based on the following criteria :
- Premium listings come first
- Regular listings created in the previous week come next
- Then regular listings older than 1 week come next, randomly sorted and shuffled on a periodic basis to ensure fairness.
- Finally comes incomplete listings (those with no title, images etc.)
We often show a single property advert in more that one location. For example if your property is located in Sea Colony, in Bethany Beach, Delaware:
- We would show your advert in "Sea Colony"
- We also show the top 100 ranked adverts in and under Bethany Beach on the Bethany Beach page.
- We also show the top 100 adverts in and under Delaware on the Delaware page.
If you would like to see your property advert above all regular listings, then take out our "premium listing" option for maximum exposure.
- Our premium listing option affects all locations that your property is eligible to be displayed in.
- Your property will list above all regular listings and dramatically increases the chance of it showing in multiple places.
- Your premium listing is also highlighted with a different background colour to make it stand out more :
